Where do I begin with this review? I guess with the flyer that got our curiosity going with this process. We called and talked to the owner Scott. Then we met to go over how and what needed to be done to seal up our seawall that was in very bad shape. We had a hedge that was there for almost 35 years and the roots pushed in and cracked the seawall. Very nervous to try a company from another area and this unfamiliar process. After spending time with Scott we decided to move forward and get it done. We were there on and off throughout this whole repair. So now on to Scott and his crew…We are business owners for over 50 years and to have a crew impress me & my husband like this one did was just unbelievable. They came when they said they were coming, they were respectful of our property, to say they were friendly just isn’t enough! Titan the owners son took charge, along with Sebastian and this crew except to eat lunch.. NEVER STOPPED WORKING. They were simply amazing. They stayed until after 6:00 and never left until everything was cleaned up every single day. In conclusion the job they did far exceeded our expectations. Our house has ended up looking 110% better then when they started. They ended up redoing our entire yard with landscaping & white rock. Always asking if there was anything else we needed or wanted done while they were there…..Not trying to rack up a big bill either. So if your Looking for a company that can do it all Superior Stabilization is it. Thank You just wasn’t enough for the great job that they did!!!!!

Scott repaired seawall about 9 years ago. The problems with what they called voids and wash out underneath the seawall. So Scott explain this product that is water based and is called 475 which was developed by a company called Prime Resin. He also put in some jet filters and French drains. He had to drill about every 10 feet to fill the voids to stabilize the ground underneath. Superior does great work and would recommend this work if you are having ma seawall problem.
